BOOKING INFORMATION & SERVICES

Thank you for visiting the Erica Paiva Photography website. Please send me a message via the contact tab to schedule your session consultation. If you are interested in booking a maternity shoot, I generally prefer to do a shoot between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy. Newborn sessions are ideal between 5- 14 days. Weekend shoots tend to be the most popular but I do offer shoots throughout the week to fit your availability. A sessions fee deposit of $30.00 is required ASAP to secure your date and is non-refundable.

Before your session an in-person consultation is preffered (especially over coffee). This will give us a chance to get to know one another and vibe off each other to brainstorm and create a truly unique experience for the both of us. We will also discuss what you are looking for in your session and you'll get to see a variety of products I offer for your photos.

I will be sending a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your session. For on-location shoots, we will meet at the agreed location and time decided during booking. Your images will be available for viewing in your password protected gallery within 30 days after your session. After viewing your gallery we can set up your printing consultation.

All photographs are printed through my chosen professional lab.

Booking with Erica Paiva Photography is super easy. Just pick the type of session you would like.

Individual Shoot Fee: $100- suitable for children, babies, and individuals. Session may range anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours at one location.
Engagement/Couples Shoot Fee: $150- up to 2 locations and 2 outfit changes. Session lasts 1-3 hours.
Family Shoot Fee (3+ people): $220- session done on location and lasts 1-2 hours. (Pet friendly)
Welcome World Hospital Infant Shoot: $150- session done while still in the hospital. book in advance to clear a spot for babies arrival. Includes photographs of the birth, the newborn, and the family meeting the bundle of joy for the first time.
Newborn Shoot Fee: $200- best fit for babies between 5-14 days old. Usually done in the family home. Session lasts anywhere from 2-4 hours. I will prioritize your baby's arrival around my schedule.
Boudoir Shoot Fee: $150- will be tastefully done in the comforts of the location of your choice. Includes up to 2 hours of shooting and 6 outfit changes.
Bonus Maternity, Welcome World & Newborn Shoot Fee: $300- a triple package deal when you book your welcome world and newborn shoot with your maternity shoot.
Weddings: (prices vary)- contact me with all the juicy details about your wedding. Let me know the location, the date, how many guests, photography budget, and what is your current inspiration. We will then determine a price.

*Fees include photographer's time and talent, customized post processing, an online proofing gallery of the best photos from your session, and a flashdrive of 12+ photos.
